The whole world is getting closer and closer , and the barriers are being removed, revolutionising the world into a cosmopolitan culture. In this context, it is time that everybody should have thought of a common global constitution for the increased safety and security to the mankind , thereby eliminating destructive forces like terrorists, and making it mandatory for every nation to have compulsory participation in this universal civil code. Only this can strengthen the whole world to fight against the evils and contribute for better living standards and reduce /solve problems like pollution, natural calamities . and energy /fuel shortage.
Initially , this may seem ridiculous , but the coming decades will prove the necessity for such an initiative compelling everybody to follow common rules , other wise , further progress in all areas will come to a standstill. A time will come that man will have to give way to technology to develop , and will become a slave to technology; different languages, thoughts and ideologies will become a curse to mankind .

There are millions like me who foster such an idea, and I would like the whole world to respond to this most important aspect of humanity.
